Virtual and In Person Sessions

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions to accommodate your needs. Whether you feel more comfortable connecting from the privacy of your home or prefer the structure of an in-office setting, my goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible. This flexible approach allows us to work together in a way that feels right for you, no matter where you are.

There are numerous factors to consider in making a choice between live and virtual sessions: geography, convenience, and the quality of experience. Traditionally, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis is a live event, with in-person contact being most conducive to an authentic therapeutic connection, in my opinion. On the other hand, virtual or telehealth sessions are useful to many in remote locations, or those with especially tight schedules, who would otherwise struggle to access services. I offer both in-person and secure, confidential virtual therapy sessions. Whether meeting in a private office setting or connecting remotely, the focus remains on providing effective, individualized treatment in a way that fits your goals.
